Identify the line and the amount you need
- Confirm the phone number, especially if the device has two active lines.
- Open the operator’s account screen and read the exact package name.
- Check cash credit, remaining data and allowance expiry separately.
- Read the tax-inclusive amount required for the intended recharge or renewal.
- Check whether a paid extra or recurring service is using the balance.
Keep the original offer and recent receipts so you can recognise a changed amount. A receipt showing money added to an account is different from confirmation that a bundle has activated. Wait for the operator’s confirmation and then check the allowance again.

Early renewal is a separate action
Orange Jordan lists *152# for the renewal date and renewal on demand. Zain Jordan lists *358# for early prepaid renewal. Umniah describes early renewal through its service menu for eligible lines, while its prepaid-internet guidance gives *456#. Read what happens to the old allowance and the new expiry in the confirmation. Do not assume unused data rolls forward or that every visitor line can change to another offer. Save the result so that a second attempt does not accidentally buy another bundle.
Using the official app or website

The other operators also provide account tools through their own official channels. Enter voucher digits carefully, keep recharge codes private and save the confirmation reference. If payment is pending, check the account or contact support before repeating it.
Stop a paid service by identifying it
Look at the deduction message or transaction history and identify the service name, frequency and charge. Use its subscription-management option or ask the operator to cancel that specific paid service. Ask for confirmation of the effective date and whether another charge is due.

If the recharge or allowance looks wrong
Record the number, date, amount, payment reference and the exact message received. Take screenshots of the account balance and the expected offer. Contact the operator through its official account help or shop and ask what has been activated, rather than sharing a voucher or verification code in a public group.
Keep a support reference and recheck the next bill or balance movement. For a bank-card issue, contact the card provider through its own official channel. Resolve the payment status before making repeated attempts that could create several pending transactions.
